The Purpose & Importance of Continuity

  • To create a prototype to revolutionize locally owned true sustainable farms quickly.
  • To erect and recreate local “Food Security” in America with local education & farming employment.
  • To create an efficient duplicable investment structure of semi-organic farms that produce healthy regional food with minimum farming knowledge
  • To teach and train American youth.
  • To prepare “Safe Havens” as fully stocked and functional retreat facilities for 10 Member Families to be used in times of crisis, war, or collapse.

A Safe Haven is to handle an extreme paradigm shift like a Pandemic, EMP, Black Swan Event, Electric Grid Failure, Financial Collapse, or Nuclear War. These things can cause a Supply Chain Collapse.  We will need locations of safety close to New York City.  We must grow and preserve our own food, create our own power and heat, and, if necessary, be able to defend our families and property – Safe Havens.  Additionally, there is 2 years of stored food, medical, dental, veterinarian, private housing, security and necessities in a “turn-key” sound and managed investment.  Our business is not dependent on the electric grid.

The Farms

American Heritage Farms will be sustainable, semi-organic farms using the rotation of crops and livestock to minimize and remove the need for fertilizers and pesticides.  This increases the quality of the soil and produce. Additionally they are designed to be managed with minimum farming knowledge. Energy sources will be solar, wind, water, wood, biofuel along with traditional petroleum when necessary. The land and what it produces will provide enough income to supply needs for overhead and maintenance. ie – a true Sustainable Farm. The Farms:

  • Provide multiple revenue streams creating positive cash flow, and excellent ROI
  • create a future and education for our children in healthy food production
  • Are an investment in prime New Jersey and Pennsylvania farmland that grows in value.
  • Are quick and easy to get to for Members, yet secure and hidden and have supplies in place in case of a long-term crisis “Event”.  A skilled team will be in place to handle farming, maintenance, security, medical, dental, veterinarian, mechanics, private housing, and safety.  They will also have the ability to shelter underground. ie – a Safe Haven.

Investment

American Heritage Farms is a 2-tier “Physical Insurance Policy” for Members and their families in the New York City region in the event of a crisis.   This is also changing the entire paradigm on true locally owned sustainable farming.  Primarily a real-estate investment offering of 10 Members units (5 people each), starting at $3 MM each, to create 2 Safe Haven Farms. The majority of the investment funds will be in prime New Jersey and Pennsylvania farmland.

If there is a major disruption in society, and/or supply chain, then the investment becomes “priceless”.  One Safe Haven Farm location is 1.5 hours from New York City in central New Jersey.  The other Safe Haven Farm is 3 hours from New York City hidden in the Eastern Pennsylvania mountains with a private paved landing strip.  American Heritage Farms is a combination of safety, security, medical, dental, shelter, housing, farming, engineering, and education.  It is designed by experts to best handle potential crisis scenarios.
