It was a historical day when Ints Siliņš and a small team of American diplomats arrived in Latvia to set up a new diplomatic mission in Latvia. The founding of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Latvia) followed two years later with J.C. Cole as its first president. Cole maintained his position as Chamber President for nine years.
